Victoria Plum Chutney
This is a mild full flavoured homemade chutney, using our own Victoria plums.
It is great in sandwiches,on meats and has been known to disappear very rapidly.!
Plum Jam
Each week during the season we pick sufficient plums to make jam using these plums.
The jam is thus on sale the following week and as fresh as you are likely to find if not made yourself.As we often have different varieties of plums ripe each week it is thus common to have different varieties of jam available each week.
If you enjoy fresh plum jam you will find this hard to beat.!
Apple Juice
We have three varieties of Apple juice, Cox, Discovery and Greensleeves.
The juice is pressed from our own apples very soon after picking.
Each juice has a unique taste, Cox is probably the sweetest and Greensleeves the least sweet with Discovery preferred by Clive, but what does he know, you decide.!
This juice is available all year round from Burnham Stores in Burnham Market, and from our stall during the season.
